Really, the only server I ever play on is PocketPixels Pixelmon Red as I'm a Moderator there. With my new computer, I usually get around 20-70 FPS depending on my surroundings. Earlier, I went AFK, and when I came back I had about 1-10 FPS. I relogged with the same outcome and even after restarting my computer a few times the FPS lag would not stop. I've tested going on other servers in 1.7.10 but still only get between 1 and 20 FPS. Is there anything suggested I should try? Also, here's a Gyazo of my mods folder if that would help with anything: https://gyazo.com/6af54e66b4ed3e646340f868d2df01cb. I am also using the Faithful x32 texture pack with the Pixelmon addon for it.
Update: I have put the texture packs back on, and removed them. I am now getting an unsteady 1-30 fps in areas that I'm not usually around, but I still have about 1-20 in the area I'm usually at.

first, try removing your texture pack.
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling minecraft.
