If you're using 1.7.10 you could try installing Fastcraft as well. Other than that, there's not much to be offered. You have a seriously underpowered GPU and what looks like a rather low-end CPU. Don't expect to be getting 60+ fps with shaders in fullscreen mode. Lower whatever settings you can, especially render distance.
Post your JVM arguments, just to make sure you haven't done anything crazy to "improve" fps like some guides will tell you to.

Realistic Torches - Causes torches to burn out after a configurable amount of time.
Nature's Compass - A utility item that allows you to search for any biome's location in the world.
So recently I installed DoctorDreads Lite Shaders and in windowed mode, I can run it with a solid 90+ FPS
But when I enter fullscreen, it drops to 15-30 FPS. How can I improve this?
Computer specs:
Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB
Optifine would be your best friend for this. If you know which options to select in the optifine mod, you can sometimes double your FPS.

I have optifine installed. I am using the Optifine version of shaders.
What to I select to double fps?
Good question. I don't have it memorized. Let me take some screenshots of my preferred settings then I'll post them here.

Notes - Provides a clientside in-game notepad.
Souls - After you die, a hostile Soul that stores your inventory will spawn.
Auto Refresh - Automatically refreshes your server list and alerts you when your selected server comes online.
Pick Block Plus - A clientside mod that significantly improves the vanilla pick block function.
And a few others that we don't talk about.
Ok, here we go:
This is just what I currently use (minus all particles turned off). I choose this way because I seek high FPS too.
Turning off Spec Map and Normal map have a HUUUGEEE! difference for me with shaders, as well as adjusting the performance settings.
