I have Windows version 1.8.9 and my skin will not change when I upload a custom skin. I cannot figure out why it wont change. After I hit upload it says that it may take a few seconds for the change to occur, but nothing happens. I've tried restarting the game, still nothing. It doesn't change in singleplayer, multiplayer, or my own realm. I haven't been able to find any threads that troubleshoot for the most recent version of the game, but if there is I apologize in advance and a link to it would be appreciated!

Is the problem just with YOUR skin, or can you not see other players custom skins either?
I haven't seen any other players in-game so as far as I know the problem is with my skin...
