I see nothing that would be holding it up, other than your memory allocation being a bit on the low side. Try changing your -Xmx1G JVM flag to -Xmx2G and removing the -Xmn128M flag completely.
Other than that... how long have you waited for the world to load?

There Are 16 Mods Installed.
Mods Are Code Chicken Core,Doomlike Dungeons,The Improving Minecraft Mod -Version 1.9.0,
Loot++ Mod Version 1.1.1,LuckyBlock,Mapwriter2,More Pickaxes,Not Enough Items Universal 1.0.5.104,
And Vein Miner.

Curse PremiumNo. If there WAS a crash report I'd tell you to post it, but from your description the game isn't crashing.
The FML log is fml-client-latest.log in .minecraft/logs. It will be long, you'll probably have to use Pastebin.

I Think i Waited Abount Only 30 Minutes And I Got Bored And just Closed It.....
Also So Thats Why it Was Taking So Long Bc I Got The Render Distance to The Highest xDD ill Reply Later if I Fix it
