I can not connect to the client or to the page from my internet, but if you use another Internet if you leave me, what happens?
It not me to worked. The definitive solution I think that it is to change the IP address but faltaria mas of one month in order that it changes alone (it is ip fixed and the service does not change it)
I have the same problem. I've run it from 2 different computers (osx 10.11 & win7 others in my home can log in just fine on their macbooks and the same win7 pc i cannot log in on). the windows pc (software wise) hasn't changed in years, the mac was recently rebuilt.
password reset doesn't send an email, "contact support" doesn't produce a response, maybe someone here knows something that isn't being shared in the KB articles or on their support page.
It is as if they were blocking the IP address because I was connecting from another Wifi and then it was returning to the mio and was playing normally, but already it does not even work immediately disconnects me

Hopefully you can translate or read this.
I would first suggest unplugging your router, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute, then plug it back in and wait 30 seconds.
If that does not work, make sure the server isn't shut down. This will be signified by " Can not connect to server " right next to its name.
I have a few more ideas, but if these do not work notify me, and I will tell you the others.
