Hello. So, I downloaded Noppes "Custom Npcs" Mod as my first mod. So I downloaded it from the forums, and dropped it into the mods folder.
It doesn't show it in the mods section when you start minecraft and does not show up during gameplay.
IF anyone knows what I did wrong, please comment to tell me.

Also: I uninstalled forge a couple times, but the profile's still there and the mod folder won't let me download it.
