I am having an issue with Minecraft undoing everything I had done in the last 5-10 seconds and making me redo it again. I will be running forward to just get teleported back... blocks that I have mined will reappear and disappear from inventory (as if I hadn't mined them at all), etc. I am playing it single player. It does have Optifine and several other mods (including Sim-U-Kraft Reloaded, Mo Creatures, Just Another Spawner, etc). Would doing things like disabling online in the game help? Any Optifine settings that should be changed (disabling VSync, etc)? This issue also results in delay (where I'll do an action and it might take a few seconds to actually do anything). Examples including opening chests, etc.
But being that I'm playing this single player, it can't be anything server related (unless the fact that I'm not playing it in offline mode = server ping. So, non-fps lag... any suggestions? Or is this a "nothing can be done" type issues?
I'm guessing after about 10 Folk or so, their constant beaming in and out (effectively despawning and respawning) is probably causing some of the non-fps lag that I have been experiencing. (It doesn't help that they spawn inside of walls (if control boxes are under corners in some of the houses). Thanks for the response. But I did notice the chunk loading drops down to zero around the time they are teleporting.
