World Finally loaded, and everything seems to be working! Thanks for your help Chaos! But one last question, is there anyway to reduce the load time of all the mods? It takes like 8 minutes to get to the main menu. Or are there just too many?

It's mostly hardware dependent, so not much other than upgrade your system. You could try increasing the RAM allocation by a little bit, but if you already have 3 GB allocated I don't think 3.5 or 4 will make much of a difference, if any. It might just have an adverse effect once you're in the game because of Java's lazy garbage collection. Like I said earlier, you could get rid of the -Xmn flag and let the JVM handle it if you haven't done that already.
8 minutes for 115 mods does seem VERY excessive though, unless you're trying to run this on an absolute potato.

Curse PremiumUpdate Optifine.
If you say that this is a new pack, I don't see why you'd get 5-versions-out-of-date Optifine.
Realistic Torches - Causes torches to burn out after a configurable amount of time.
Nature's Compass - A utility item that allows you to search for any biome's location in the world.
Notes - Provides a clientside in-game notepad.
Souls - After you die, a hostile Soul that stores your inventory will spawn.
Auto Refresh - Automatically refreshes your server list and alerts you when your selected server comes online.
Pick Block Plus - A clientside mod that significantly improves the vanilla pick block function.
And a few others that we don't talk about.
Ok well, it's not completely new. Lol. But I'm working on and updating a semi-old one. Here's a link if you're interested: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/mods-discussion/2092371-making-private-mod-pack-need-help
Ok, new crash from running out of memory: http://pastebin.com/02QYgwuY
I don't know how much it's using, because I allocated 3G's to Minecraft.
Here's my JVM if you're interested: -Xmx3072M -Xms3072M -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M
Edit: I guess I just need to update everything. Last time I did was in December 2014, so I'll post back once I'm done doing all that.

Curse PremiumGet rid of the -Xmn argument. Let the JVM handle that.
And yes, I'd highly recommend updating EVERYTHING if it's been over a year since you've done so.

I got everything that needs to be updated updated. And new crash: http://pastebin.com/Z4K4kUhM
Looks like something about Tinkers Steelworks, but I have no clue on what to read to find the problem.

Good News: All the mods have loaded to the main menu
Bad News: Every Time I try to create a world, it takes me back to the main menu with no world being created.
Post the logs again. For every new issue post fresh logs.

Curse PremiumThat looks like the game output, which is generally useless. We need the fml-client-latest.log.

Ok got it: http://pastebin.com/aSEwbe42
It's the dimension id isn't it?
Edit: Looking through the configs, I found Compact Machines has a dimension id 2
Twilight Forest has 7
AoA has 9-30
What would conflict with compact machines? Maybe Mystcraft?

Curse PremiumDoesn't matter exactly what it's conflicting with. Just change the ID in Compact Machines's config file.
