Months ago I got a java error (Java(TM) Platform SE Binary is not responding error) which I resolved after a bit, before the error I used to play minecraft very very smoothly and would also be able to using shaders. Although after the error occurred my fps was very inconsistent ranging from 60-10 and even at one point 1 fps. About a month later I went back on and it was sligggghhhhttly better, playable, but still irritating. I also had realised making a single player world (only normal minecraft terrain) would make it really bad.
^^^^^^
There's a video of how it is. Usually on a multiplayer worlds it's a bit less severe it's still incredibly frustrating to deal with. I am however using optifine which is I think helpful? If necessary I'm going to leave my computer's specs down below.
