It seems as though minecraft servers are down because when I press multiplayer it says on every possible server I have "Can't Connect To Server"

According to https://help.mojang.com/ Minecraft servers are Okay.

Could be that the server(s) you are trying to connect to are down or your Firewall/Antivirus is blocking Minecraft from accessing the internet.

• It tells me this when i try to join a server,
• java.net.Connect.Exception: Connection refused: no further information:
