I have allocated 2944Mb Ram for Minecraft but when I play Minecraft, I press F3 my Minecraft only uses only 100Mb of Ram, can anyone help me so my Minecraft will use 2944Mb of Ram, in default world I only get 15 - 20 fps. Please help me! Answer as soon as possible!

Minecraft uses what it needs of whats allocated, not all of it, so if its only using a quarter of what you have allocated then you have allocated too much.
Also more ram does not equal more FPS
The reason you have low FPS is because you are using an old computer with low slow hardware

Yes, I have tried using Optifine, (doesn't do anything) I bought my computer on 25th of December, computer brand: Dell, Computer model: Optiplex 755.

Even when I am not playing with mods I don't get full allocated memory. I only get almost a quarter of allocated memory.
The mods are "OptiFine" "Minecraft Comes Alive" "MrCrayfish's Furniture
