Your issue is the RAM, and your other parts seem pretty dated.
Yeah. Just looked at the screenshots. If you're going to run a server on your computer, let alone while playing minecraft, you're going to need at least 8gb ram.
Hey cowabunga, I used to have that same problem on my old laptop (just upgraded to a hackintosh) and the way I fixed it was this;
in the launcher, click "edit profile"
at the bottom of the window there should be a line of command with a checkbox next to it that reads "enable JVM arguments" or something of that sort. Click that, then there should be a bit of command in the original line of command that we talked about that should say "Xmx1" or something similar. Change "1" to "2" then click " save profile" there launch the game. Here are optimized settings for the game that I used;
Smooth lighting-off ( or minimal)
fullscreen off
mipmap levels off
brightness full
entity shadows off
use vbos/vsync off
framerate- unlimited
render distance 8
clouds off
Particles-decreased
Turn off all unnecessary sound off(like music and mobs)
Now, I'm not sure this will work for you, but it worked for me, I could get 300 fps and no lag whatsoever(except at begining of game chunk loading) and my world is huge) for TWO hours straight.
