Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
Basically the game is crashing every time I try to play 1.9. It didn't seem to happen much before on the snapshots, and it seems to happen in all snapshots. It happens a lot on all worlds and occasionally on servers too, but for some reason this world is pretty much unplayable because it happens every single time I load it up. Also I can play in 1.8 just fine. All help is appreciated.
First of all, I have never meet anyone who has had one of these problems, nor can I find an answer by googling it; thus, it obviously isn't the snapshots, its me. Now, I'm not extremely computer knowledgeable, but an intel i7 core processor is pretty decent. I can run minecraft at a render distance of 16 with shaders and I run around 40 fps, so I'm having a difficult time believing its my GPU. Can you give me any helpful advise other than telling my my computer sucks and I should buy a new one. Thanks
(I apologize if I seemed a bit sarcastic but this is a bit frustrating that I cant play my favorite game in 1.9.)
I'm having issues with 1.9 as well. I created a 1.9 world last night and it worked fine, but when I tried (multiple times) to load it this morning, it would crash a second or two after rendering the blocks right in front of my nose. It's worth noting that the computer I'm running it on is six months off the shelf, and I haven't had any problems with 1.8.9.

that is a different issue as can be seen by different crash information, please make your own thread instead of hijacking someone else
My apologies. My intent was not to hijack another person's thread. I thought we had the same issue, and the last thing these forums need is another redundant thread. The symptoms were the same, and the two reports shared the same general structure as well as exact copies of individual lines, so to a person who does not know how to interpret crash data, the two appear related.
First of all, I have never meet anyone who has had one of these problems, nor can I find an answer by googling it; thus, it obviously isn't the snapshots, its me. It doesn't matter how good your GPU is (how many FPS you get; Intel's GPUs are still FAR behind a good dedicated card in any case) - the problem is with the drivers Intel provides; Minecraft requires good OpenGL support, which is not even provided by some drivers (e.g. "pixel format not accelerated") and some drivers can't even run older versions of the game (e.g. Intel Series 4 and 1.7.4+) - and there is no guarantee that they will be able to play new versions (the system requirements in general have been increasing, 1.8 saw a big jump with a consequent increase in issues on even "new" computers; "new" does not necessarily mean better or having the latest hardware). Another issue is people upgrading to Windows 10 without making sure their hardware is supported.
That said, you can try changing video settings; for example, in this thread the OP said that turning VBOs on fixed their issue; note that their crash referenced the same driver but was not exactly the same as yours (the numbers after the driver name).
