Okay, so I've had this issue for I don't know how long now and it's gotten to the point where mine craft is becoming pretty much unplayable (if you could consider that a word). I cannot for the life of me get any higher than 15-20 frames AT IT'S BEST on servers such as hypixel. Even mineplex, I can only get up to 5 or so. It's frustrating me so much now and I just want to get to the bottom of it. Just today I tried entering Hendrix server and I literally got 0 frames. ZERO. It's just ridiculous at this point.
My computer details:
*Toshiba
*8 GB RAM
*Processor- Intel Pentium CPU. 1.60GHz
*64-bit OPS, 64x based processor
I have windows 8.1 installed, my graphics card although isn't really the best, it's Intel HD graphics, but my internet connection is fairly fast. My fps is usually at it's best on smaller servers, but even then it drops down to 3 fps sometimes. I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is so any help would be so appreciated. I only recently got this computer and it's a fairly good one, so getting a new computer isn't an option for me at the moment.

Moderatoruse a better computer is the only fix there
