Please help me I don't know how to get the mods I downloaded to work

if you would help that would be great I'm a little tired of only playing vanilla no effence

If you are using Forge here is how you do it:

Download the Forge installer and use it (its pretty straight forward, make sure you have minecraft installed and ran first)
Run the Forge profile once
Navigate to your appdata folder, on Windows, search %appdata% in the Windows Explorer or in the start menu
Navigate to .minecraft and in there you will find a mods folder, place any mod jar file in there (if there is no mods folder, just make one)
Start Minecraft Forge back up and you can now play.
Rollback Post to Revision RollBack
