Allow me to clarify something before hand, it is NOT me getting this error, I am able to connect to my modded server no problem and so is everyone else in my house. The problem is with a friend of mine, I live in canada and he's in the US, he got me back into modded minecraft so I decided to create my own custom mod pack. the problem is no matter what we do he keeps getting that "Fatally missing blocks" error everytime he tries to connect to it. it used to work before but we don't know what happened.

He has the complete copy of my mods folder including content packs for flans mod and i've even sent him the config folder as well to match up yet he still gets that error. i'm at a loss. we are both running forge 1.7.10 10.13.4.1558 and the server is running Kcauldron 1566.

anyone got any ideas?

Took a look at his logs and it seems it was missing flans mod packs, I re organized the content packs and I think that when I did that he didn't update the packs. yeah, we figured it out, it was the missing content packs. thank you again for the help and happy holidays, now you can finally string up those lights you've been holding all year long lol.
