Yes, I am. And I'm continuing to download java multiple times, as well as Optifine. But there's one message I keep getting that says: "Java Installation Not Completed. Unable to install java." Then it says "Check the commands are valid and try again."

Hey guys, I have a little problem and I'd like someone to try to help me with it :3.
I have an optifine cape, but for some odd reason I can't download optfine using the optifine.net downloads.
When I try to, it just says that it is unable to install java. Please help me!
