Hi all, I am trying to help my kids get back online with the PC version of this and am by no means an expert. All was fine until win 10 upgrade,
They are getting a popup message once they hit "play" though the start screen saying possible out of date video drivers. we have unistalled/reinstalled video drivers, applications, driver utilities, and have followed every direction mojang has given on the issue with no luck. here is the dxdiag http://paste.ubuntu.com/14128216/. If someone can help troubleshoot that would be great.
We also have win 10 beta version working, but can't seem to login with their credentials. It seems to only accept microsoft email logins. They previously accessed PC version with a gmail account, and still do on the PS4. Is win 10 beta required?
Any guidance is appreciated as I am frustrated and not sure what to do next
