If you are still having trouble post the last bit of the launcher log windows (make sure to include the half_command) and then the entire game output log for starting a game.

I set my allocated ram to 3gigs but it only uses 240mb.
My JVM Arguments are like so: -Xmx3G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn496M
I get fps drops and it's unplayable.
Still says 240mb used
