I've reinstalled minecraft and java multiple times and still no fix. As soon as I load into a world the game freezes, gives me the error, and I have no option besides closing out of minecraft.
I just installed java 8 update 66, it also does not load without java installed.
I've also dedicated 3gb's of ram to minecraft. I'm running 64-Bit Windows 10
Also, since they are using the native runtime (Java 1.8.0_25) it should be the correct version for their OS (updating system Java is not likely to do anything unless you manually change the runtime path in the profile editor).
However, I suspect that this is a Windows 10-related issue (e.g. outdated GPU drivers) but that can only be determined if we know more about your system specs; for example, post a dxdiag log.
Also, based on the fact that your render distance is set to 2 I suspect that you have issues running the game (the "can't keep up" messages mean just that - the internal server can't keep up, you may see server lag (jerky mob movements, blocks reappearing, chunks loading slowly) as a result but the warning itself is harmless) even when it does work (see above about outdated GPU drivers; for older computers there may be no proper Windows 10 drivers).
You should also reduce the memory allocation to the default unless you want to use a render distance above 16 chunks (4 GB (your log actually shows -Xmx4G) is serious overkill; I can run with 512 MB and 8 chunk render distance without memory-related issues (it doesn't even allocate all of it) and only have 3 GB of total system RAM - it is also a bad idea to allocate all of the memory you have to the game).
My computer isnt old or bad in any sense, it does however have a dual core. I had changed my render distance and amount of ram allocated in hopes of getting it to work.

Any help is appreciated!!
Here is the launcher log: http://pastebin.com/2UJZmYEF
Here is the game output: http://pastebin.com/LP4XEJDW
I've also discovered that I can load the world in and play up to Minecraft Version 1.7
*Edit* Saw this error appear more than once while testing
[15:39:04] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 6478ms behind, skipping 129 tick(s)
Could this have something to do with it?
I came across people who said a fresh install of windows can fix this problem, can anyone vouch for it?

Curse PremiumDo you have 64 bit Java installed?
"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far."
See the launcher log they posted:
System.getProperty('sun.arch.data.model') == '64'

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?

Just updated my drivers from Geforce Experience as well
