Looks like your GPU is causing artifacts, reduce the GPU clock speed or turn the computer off for a while.
I just fixed my graphics card problem before this. Originally I had the Intel HD drivers for windows 8 and then when running my server, it kept crashing my GPU and restoring, so I uninstalled and installed the Windows 10 version. Is there something along those lines to fix?

dont think so, my GPU is an Intel HD 4000 and i use the driver version 10.18.10.4276

GPU had a second install I didn't see. All fixed
