Minecraft texture packs doesnt work for me. I buyed new pc yestarday. When I place any texture pack in the texture packs folder at %appdata%. Then I join Minecraft and I want to change it to the texture pack I placed. Its not show the texture pack. Can I get help?
Did you put it in the folder that's under the Instance/World folder your playing in? You'll need to make a world first, then that creates the other folders under that World folder, including the resourcepacks folder.

Curse PremiumTry the resourcepacks folder. Make sure the pack is the same version as MC.

This is what I am doing. I put it at resourcepacks and download the texture pack the same version as Minecraft.

Curse PremiumBoth what? Each Profile/World has only one resourcepack folder. This allows you to personalize textures the same way you do with mods.
