So i have Windows 10 installed on my computer with Minecraft and other apps i like to play on it. When i open the launcher and click play Minecraft will open up but then gives me a Blue Screen Error. The error states Windows 10 crashed because cause of critical_process_died. I looked into the problem to see if it was only minecraft or other games but from what i can tell, I think it is Minecraft.
My opinion maybe the VM from Java is trying to pull all the memory it needs and one of my RAM sticks is starting to go out (i guess you could say my PC is older but is in great condition). I'm trying to see if anyone else is having this problem on windows 10 or is it just me?
All of my drivers are up-to-date because of the applications i use to manage my computer.

Bad RAM can always be an issue, even if its brand new. Minecraft can be a bit memory hungry so its actually quite good at testing for that. Last time I was crashing to a BSOD it turned out the be the RAM. Did you by any chance change the JVM arguments and try to assign too much memory? I would figure out how to run the memory diagnostic program. Run it a few times just to be sure as it wont always find faults if you just do it once. That should let you know for sure if its the RAM itself. For it to give you a blue screen, its most likely the hardware and not something related to the game itself.

Its weird because i can play modern combat 5 and Order and Chaos 2 piece of cake but for some reason Minecraft won't work. I just tried reopening it but now it crashed so fast the log file has nothing in it. I'll try to run the Memory diagnostic program and see what i get.

Remember to run it a few times just to be sure. When I had a similar issue, the memory issues didnt show up in the scan every time.
please provide the BSOD dumps found in C:\Windows\Minidump, they say exactly what crashed it and what error code was returned.
