Hi there. My account was breached, and then I changed the password and now I can play ans stuff. But the hacker changed my name and skin, which I would like to chnage back. When I go to mojangs website, I am greeted with security questions. The account was originally created by my friend in 2012, and was given to me in 2013. I don't know any of the questions, and I am not in contact with my friend. Mojang told me to go to skrill, which was no help. I have no official proof of ownership, only a receipt of buying a rank on a server and a video of me playing. Resetting the security questions doesnt work, it says to check back in a few hours (This has been happening since thursday). Is there any way to recover the account? I can play, but the skin and user suck and I don't want to pay to buy another since I have ranks and am staff on servers. Thanks a bunch and Merry Christmas.
