It is properly installed, but it will not load any mods for any version. Sometimes it crashes the game but mostly it just doesn't load mods . It doesn't do anything but say "3 mods"(which is from Forge.) Minecraft runs as usual, nothing wrong except that. I tried a lot of things but it clearly doesn't do anything. I also tried to delete "META-INF" but nothing happens.I also tried doing the same thing for 1.7.10 but nothing works. It is the correct mod version and the correct Forge installation. I know it is very hard to understand but please try to help.
P.S( I am using a Mac and OX Yosemite) also I can't open any single .jar files on this OX Yosemite so I had to convert every .jar file (of the mod) to zip.
Thanks ! Hope you can understand what i said so far and you can help me !

Judging by the above statement, I'm guessing that you have not read any proper instructions on how to install mods for any recent version.
For 1.7.10, which you said you were using: after you download a mod, you do NOT run the .jar file unless the mod's instructions say to do so (i.e. Optifine, but that's if you're not using Forge), and you do NOT convert it to .zip. You just drop it in the mods folder. That's it. Don't do anything else -- again, unless the mod's installation instructions say to do so.
If the game crashes, post the crash report or FML log.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Realistic Torches - Causes torches to burn out after a configurable amount of time.
Nature's Compass - A utility item that allows you to search for any biome's location in the world.
I actually watch many videos on YT how to"install mods" but none of them work because all of them does not work if I don't run it. Also, whenever I just leave it be, it does not read the mod at all so it's very troublesome
You're not supposed to run the .jar files. Just install Forge for your minecraft version (you can get it at files.minecraftforge.net), and put your .jar files in the mods folder.

Nature's Compass - A utility item that allows you to search for any biome's location in the world.
Notes - Provides a clientside in-game notepad.
Souls - After you die, a hostile Soul that stores your inventory will spawn.
Auto Refresh - Automatically refreshes your server list and alerts you when your selected server comes online.
Pick Block Plus - A clientside mod that significantly improves the vanilla pick block function.
And a few others that we don't talk about.
