DO NOT tell me to reinstall my graphic driver software. I have already tried. It said there weren't any updates for my graphics drivers. I'm still trying to find away but I need to know if anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it.

If your a modded city builder and would finally love to add lots of decoration traffic signals to your world, check out my ModernDeco Mod! The last version had 15 different types of traffic signals and the next version will have even more!
Hmm,i had this before, but,i suggest if you didnt buy windows 10,and got it for free like me,put the stuff you want to keep on a USB drive, and reset your PC,my dad did that,so im at windows 7 starter(are you using acer aspire?,i had that problem, they wernt any updates for my dad's acer aspire 5745,so,we reset it)
Just had to downgrade to an older windows 10 build.
