Whenever I try to join my SP worlds, minecraft stops responding and displays:
"Java(TM Platform SE binary has stopped working"
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Here is my crash log:

It's not a problem with my CPU or RAM. I have meters on those and they don't get close to maxing out. Maybe 50%. If it's a problem with my specs then it's my graphics card (a have an intel 4600 graphics card). I'm on a Lenovo Thinkpad T-540p.
That the mostly useless Game Output log. Post your Launcher log.
I have fixed the problem. The only thing I can think of if that it was a setting I was changing. I reinstalled Minecraft 5 times, on the 5th time I didn't change any settings and it worked. When I change the Vsync, alternate block texture, mob shadows, and VBO's it crashes. IDK why but it does.
