ya but what i dont get what it is saying is Slot 251 is already occupied by [email protected] when adding [email protected] that is the same block. Slot 250 is already occupied by [email protected] when adding [email protected] and this one too.I renamed block in one mod to MyRBlock and gave it slot 251 so in one mod i have MyRBlock,id=251

and in other mod I have MyBlock,id=250.And when it said "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 251 is already occupied by [email protected] when adding [email protected]" that was when I was using a mod without a block so there was only MyRBlock?

It means that you've got a block trying to take the place of another block If you say you were using a mod without any blocks, then I can't help. Try changing their IDs though (why are you modding for 1.6.4 anyway? 1.7.10 doesn't have this problem).
