My modpack has a really bad memory leak, and I'm not to good at debugging, can anyone help?
Currently my modpack has 4gb. What happens is the world is loaded and starts at 50-80% memory. It quickly rises, and in less than a minute it reaches 99% and becomes unplayable.

A mod is missing you are probably using some other version of forge

Already updated all my mods, but you say there is a problem with microblocks and chisel?
Edit: Removing Chisel and microblocks helped a bit...
