Yes even on single player. My inventory looks fine and when I place a block in my hand but it's only he blocks that are not touched.

Your driver is the latest for your hardware. Try a local file reinstall of Minecraft according to these instructions.
Press your Windows+R keys, type in %AppData% at the dialog, and press Enter. In the window that appears, open the .minecraft directory, and delete everything except for the saves directory that you see therein. Then, try running Minecraft again. Good luck!

I have no texture packs running only the default ones, I updated my Java and that's it. My game looks like this.

Edit: Looking at the log you posted, I can't find anything wrong.
Edit 2: HA! Thanks to google, I figured it out. In that log, I found this. Created: 512x512 textures-atlas. Allocate more ram to Minecraft.

Try changing your mipmapping settings in the video options. Especially try off and also a low setting
If that's from the Mipmap then its the worst case of it I've seen. Worth a try tho if the reinstall doesn't help.
