You GPU isn't fully windows 10 supported, you can try using this moinecraft version https://launcher.mojang.com/download/MinecraftInstaller.msi which uses an older Java and may work temporarily, but long term you need to either go back to the windows version you were on before windows 10 or use a different computer

please don't like people to drivers like this, those sites are never right, ONLY link to official drivers site (Intel, nVidia, AMD)
