Some people have suggested to download NEI Integration in and create Entity ID Dumps in order to identify - and then fix - the issues. I managed to do this with ease; however I just don't know:
Exactly what I am looking for, and
What I can safely change the conflicting IDs to (as apparently it depends on the mod).
