Hello. I am having this problem, Many others is also having this problem for shaderpacks. I use NVIDIA Geforce graphics card. Core i5, windows 7 ultimate. 4 GB RAM. but when i launch forge 1.8 with optifine HD d5 and shader mods, i chose my shadersmod, which is SEUS Ultra 1.8 . Then when I open my world, It just comes blank. I couldnt see anything at all. I also tried in multiplayer, and creating a new world, nothing worked. In the minecraft launcher, it just shows GL error 0x0501: Invalid value at pre-final. I tried everything and nothing worked. FYI: i am not using any resourcepack. Pls help. Thank You. I tried to fiind a solution for 5 months but nothing worked
Well I have 2 graphics card here in this laptop, which is The Intel HD Graphics (Intergrated) and the NVIDIA Geforce GT520 CUDA 1 GB (External). I know it only runs with the integrated one (Intel HD Graphics). So what I did is:
1) I went to the NVIDIA Control Panel after I right clicked the desktop.
2) I went to "Manage 3D Settings.
3) I went and chose "Use global settings (High-performance NVIDIA processor)" at the drop down options for "2. Select the preferred graphics processor for this program:".
4) Then I tried the shaderpacks. And nothing worked
