The blocks keep reappearing after I destroy them and I have no idea why. I don't know exactly how to reduce this kind of lag (Is it even a type of lag at all?) and I don't know what the game output means. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?
"[14:47:21] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2054ms behind, skipping 41 tick(s)"
The client thread says that the block is gone, the server thread is running behind, the next update from the server says that there is a block there because it hasn't processed the breakage yet.
It isn't obvious from this log what the problem might be.
Moody is a more intensive setting.
Unlimited frames is more intensive.
VBOs cause performance decreases on some systems.
VSync also causes performance problems on some systems.
An incorrect memory configuration can cause performance problems.
world corruption can cause performance problems specific to a world or area in a world.
Actually world corruption can cause a chunk to be unchangeable. Spawn protection does the same thing. Do the blocks eventually go away or not?

Minecraft is a spicy meme

Your computer is struggling for some reason.
