So I've been having this issue since about March-May 2015 at least.
I haven't been able to find a solution. What happens is every time I go to play Minecraft on my Windows 8 PC, I log in just fine, but when I press the 'play' button on the launcher the screen goes away like Minecraft is going to open up and then just comes back with an error under the Game Output tab.
There is a picture below that shows what I am talking about.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled both Java and Minecraft (though I know Minecraft doesn't need Java anymore, still tried to see if it would work). I have done several virus scans and my computer doesn't seem to be otherwise encumbered in any way to indicate a virus anyhow. I have NO idea what to do, have worked closely with friends to try and fix the problem, but NOTHING has worked. It didn't always do this, it just happened one day with no explanation and hasn't worked since.
Any help would be a life saver. I wanna play my Minecraft again.
Sorry that I didn't respond for so long. I'm not sure how to upload a file, I can't find a button. But I don't know how to find this file either.
open the file, select all the text, copy the text, then goto paste.ubuntu.com, paste the text, click paste, copy the URL of the new pagge, and give that link here
Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
And in the future if you have an issue make your own thread instead of hijacking someone elses thread

See the line where it says something like "an error report file with more information is save at"

Hello
When I press play in the Minecraft launcher I get an error that says
"lack of updated graphic drivers"
I followed all the instructions trying to fix the problem, but nothing resolve the error.
