I installed Optifine and Java today then hopped on minecraft. As soon as I opened up the launch everything was distorted the same way you see in the photo. I then played with my video settings a bit to try to fix it but nothing worked. I tried deleting minecraft a redownloading it but it is still messed up. Please help.

Best thing to do is re install it.. I mean the optifine and stuff
