Whenever I try to login to either of my accounts I get the Message: Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked (certificateexception: no subject alternative dns name matching authserver.mojang.com found)
I have already tried deleting and reinstalling, I've added exceptions for the launcher to my Firewall and Anti-Virus, I've migrated my older account to a mojang account, and I even tried changing the password but nothing has worked. I've only gotten this error recently and have never had it before.
Update: It also seems to be happening on my laptop as well, could it be an issue with my internet?
For a certificate to be valid various checks have to pass. Right now something is not valid. This could have to do with your DNS configuration, or if you have configured a hosts file entry that isn't valid (ever or any more). That would cause problems with the host name check. This can also be caused if you have an SSL proxy trying to interfere with the connection as that certificate cannot possibly be valid. Typically things like "internet security" or "web security" products do that, and they usually have a special control to disable SSL connection scanning.

Okay, I get that, but if there are so many options as to what could have changed is there anything I can do to figure out what changed? Or is there something that I can change in turn to fix the issue?

A Picture of the Error

What confuses me is that I haven't made any changes. One day I was able to log in as normal and the next it's not working.
Every day people are adding more and more kinds of hidden updates into systems.
Microsoft pushes updates, your antivirus company pushes updates, even Mojang now can push updates.
and that's just the software.
Your ISP could be making changes to their stuff as well.
Obviously something changed.

Check your DNS, your hosts file, and any security products you have. These are the things that generally cause this issue as I mentioned before.
