I don't know if this is the right place to post this,I'm sorry if it's not but this forum is very confusing for me.

My game always crashes when I join a server and it says this

I have only OptiFine installed

Any help would be much appreciated,thanks.

Run as admin. Right click the game you launch from and select run as administrator. For windows only.
