I recently purchased Minecraft for my son and I can't get on because my computer's "pixel format is not accelerated". I don't know what that means so perhaps someone can help me.
I tried updating drivers but the game still crashes. Is there any way of getting a refund from Mojang?
So long you have the email receipt (with order number) from where you purchased the game and you have not owned the game for more then 15 days, you can get a refund.
