You could attempt to downgrade java to an older version which may temporary fix this as the older java seems to work with the windows 10 drivers you have.
But longterm its a case of revert windows back to what it was as intel will never support that GPU fully in windows 10

If you need to ask if a risky piece of kit like that will work or not and what GPU may fit in and possibly work with that then you should not be thinking about attempting to use something like that.
Speak to a profession about it, this is way beyond the type of support this section of the forum offers
to fix this problem? Is there a place where I can figure out what GPUs will work?
No, not if you want to damage your laptop or destroy it. These things are for professionals who know how to use them properly. They are not as simple to use as you think at all. They are not magical "performance" boosters either.
Revert back to Windows 7 or 8. This won't destroy your laptop.

ModeratorYour GPU isn't fully windows 10 supported.

Thanks for your help. Do you happen to know if it is possible to install an external GPU via express card slot, maybe something like http://www.amazon.com/Laptop-External-PCI-E-Graphics-Card/dp/B00Q4VMLF6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1446910365&sr=8-2&keywords=express card laptop gpu
to fix this problem? Is there a place where I can figure out what GPUs will work?
