Hello! I am here because i want to build my first public modpack ever

However, some of the mods does require an update for FML.

This image shows everything i need.

Things i think you need to know:

-I have the .jar file of the update, but i don't know where i put it.

-I am not using the Minecraft Launcher, but the ATLauncher (the modpacks one)

Edit: I alreday found how to resolve my problem.

The folder is called 'jarmods'... just it '-'

ATLauncher is not a cracked launcher.
