Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
.... lol. The 965 express chipset was discontinued in 2009.
It is as 'grimallq' stated above me, you are crashing because you have a rubbish graphics processing unit; a 'Mobile Intel 965 Express' to be precise. Here is a bug report filed on the Mojang bug tracker regarding it: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-14051
Here is some copy-pasta from that page:
Moderator Note
The Mobile Intel 965 Express video card is unable to run 1.7.4 and future versions of Minecraft PC edition on Windows. You will need to buy a new video card or computer to play new versions. Alternatively, you may use an alternate operating system, such as linux, since the issue lies in the graphics drivers provided by Intel.
For now, you can still play 1.7.2 or older versions of the game. To change your game to a different version, start the launcher. Select Edit Profile. In the "Use Version" dropdown menu, select the game version you want. Then click Save Profile.
Ignore the above spoiler... Both the Moderator of the Mojang Bugs site and I were wrong. They mixed up one number and dubbed it a replica of the old Intel 965 Video card. Your specific graphics card is that of an 'Intel HD Graphics 4000'. A little newer, but still quite a rubbish piece of hardware.
I honestly cannot offer any troubleshooting advice, other than to state the obvious: Obtain a newer computer, with a dedicated GPU. Laptops are not meant for gaming, nor are the integrated graphics that come with most Processors.

That is really the only way. The graphics card you have is on the processor, can't really replace that.

Moderatorpost the contents of C:\Users\Wewind\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\hs_err_pid1220.log
and also a dxdiag log to go along with it.
please use spoilers
or use a site like paste.ubuntu.com and give the link to it
Completely off topic, but these people are trying to help. Responding harshly won't get anyone anywhere.
