Hello, I've been having an annoying issue in my modded gameplay, Minecraft version 1.7.10 and it can only be detected with my editing mods, Build Faster mod and World Edit.
In World Edit's case, when I'm going to replace air (Id:0) with any other block (using the command //replace 0) it sometimes leaves patches of emptiness. Apparently the block isn't air, because when I do //replace (Excluding air) it doesn't turn the air, but it does turn those patches into anything else. So it's a transparent block with the same properties as air, but it is not air. I tried pouring water over it and it destroys it, because when I empty the water everything remains as air.
In Build Faster's case, when I select structures for duplications, it shows some invisible grass textures (represented by a dead bush).
I still don't understand what could it be. I tried finding the Id of this misterious and annoying block, to no avail.
I run a total of 52 mods in Minecraft Forge 1.7.10-Forge10-13.2.1232

Good idea, thank you. Do you or anyone else reading know what mod could be causing the bug?
Unfortunately, not now, but once you get the IDs, maybe.

I have been having troubles installing MCEdit. My OS is Linux.
Define "troubles".

Well, I do not know how to run a .run file in Linux.
