Okay, so i started a Crundee Craft server on my friends Dedicated over Multicraft Panel. I have the full access to it and FileZilla FTP.. I've been setting up private servers for about a year now and never ran into an issue that i was simply unable to fix no matter how hard i try. And knowing myself, how unbelievably persistent i am, i've been trying to fix this for 3 days now. I have made a topic on Forge forums (Still awaiting response) aswell as on AT Launcher forums (Awaiting response aswell). I figured i give it a shot here.. So here is the issue.
Every time i try to connect to the server, it sits on the "Logging in" screen for a bit, then i enter and immediately start falling into the void (No environment at all, i would just fall for 5-15 seconds (give or take) and then i would get the following screen:
So the core of the problem is that every time i connect i am stuck in that void limbo for 5-15 seconds and then would just time out with the screenshot from above. I have updated my java, dedicated server java was updated, downgraded my java back to update 60. I have updated the forge server to the latest available. I have reset the world several times, removed and re-uploaded the whole server dozens of times. I've been throwing basically every possible solution at it and it would not work. What makes me think that it could potentially be Multicraft screwing with the server is the fact when i ran it on my PC, it worked fine, i could connect aswell as my friend (he too cannot connect to the server which is by the way hosted on the dedi which he owns trough Multicraft but as i said i got Multicraft and FileZilla full access). Not to mention that the Dedicated server has way more power and internet bandwidth than i do, and yet when i host it via the console by launching it with the .bat file, it works like a charm.
If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know, any help is greatly appreciated!
I moved the server out of Multicraft and started using .bat file to start it. Nothing changed. I could reall use some help with this as i have a Sky Factory server running on the same dedi without any issues..
Sorry for bumping, but trying to solve this has already taken me 5 days and i made absolutely no progress.. I tried everything i could think of so far.. nothing made even a tiny difference.. Even if i manage to connect, as soon as i disconnect it would take me a miracle to connect again.
