I am creating a modpack for 1.7.10. I have created other modpacks but never before have I experienced an issue like this. Essentially, what happens is that, when testing this modpack in singleplayer originally, the chunks load for a bit and eventually just stop loading as you can see here. I decided to go ahead and attempt to run the modpack on a server hoping that the glitch was something to deal with singleplayer only but I came to find that this happens when the chunk errors occur.
Forge Version: 10.13.4.1517
Mods:
1. Harder Wildlife 10.17.0b (From Reasonable Realism)
2. Harder Ores 10.17.0d (From Reasonable Realism)
3. Apocalypse 0.0.6
4. Enviromine 1.3.122
5. Extra Biomes XL 3.16.3
6. Flans Mod 4.10.0
7. Gravestone 2.12.4
8. Hunger Overhaul 1.0.0
9. MC Helicopter 0.10.7
10. Mob Properties 0.4.2
11. Mutant Creatures 1.4.9
12. Pam's Harvestcraft 1.7.10k
13. Railcraft 9.8.0.0
14. Special AI 1.1.1
15. Special Mobs 3.2.0
16. Spice of Life 1.2.4
Core Mods:
1. HardLib 10.17.0a (For Reasonable Realism)
2. Custom Ore Gen 1.2.21 (For Reasonable Realism)
3. Animation API 1.2.4 (For Mutant Creatures)
4. Apple Core 1.1.0 (For Hunger Overhaul and Spice of Life)
I have attempted experimenting to see what mods could be causing the conflict but it seems to occur only when there are several mods. Also, regarding that last statement, I don't believe it is a hardware issue. I have 8GB of RAM (4GB of which is dedicated to the server), a 3.4GHz Processor, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti.
Finally, if anyone is curious, this is not an issue for just me. Anyone I have asked to test this has reported the same results in singleplayer and multiplayer.
Nothing nobody here can do really. The issue is either a mod or several mods. Or the machine is being bottle necked and cannot keep up. If you are trying to run both a server and client on same machine. Things tend to go this way if you do not have an machine that can handle such load.
