So im new to Minecraft on pc but if I buy the full version for my computer, can i store it on a USB drive and take it with me wherever I go and still have the same functionality as if i was just playing on the computer I download it on?
In other words, can I buy MC for ONE computer and have it on my USB to play on other computers as well?
First things first, you can put the Minecraft.exe launcher on a USB, however you would still have to technically "install" Minecraft to the computer you move the .exe launcher to. To work around this, you can also place the .Minecraft folder which contains data and worlds onto your USB, so EVERYTHING is transferred. The .Minecraft folder is found by searching your computer for %appdata% and can be put on another computer by placing it back into the %appdata% folder.
So there's the specifics. To answer a more general question, yes, as long as Minecraft is downloaded onto a different computer you can simply log in.
OK so just to be sure I log in to my Minecraft account on one computer and buy the games and I can still play on other computers as long as I log in to the same account?

You pay for your account - not the game it self. Once you've bought your account you can log in using the launcher (Which can be downloaded for free at Minecraft.net/download). It doesn't matter if you're trying to log in at your house, your friends house, or at your distant aunt in Luxembourg, and there's no need to carry the game around on your USB stick.
If u don't use the USB Version u don't have u world at other PC´s. (The world will store local)
If u login in u Minecraft Account on a Other PC (friend) don't forget to log out after u have play ore maybe u friend will play on u account.
(I did not test if Mojang checking if an Account in use if u tray to login. If the do the are only on Playing account at the time)

Curse PremiumI am not exactly sure how you could go about placing Minecraft on a USB, but it is possible.
And yes, when you buy one copy, you can pay it on other PCs.

And I dont have to pay the fee again?
I don't think this is in right section as how does this have to do with mc 1.9 ort any versions.
