I've been watching some CrazyCraft videos for awhile now and I really enjoy watching them so I decided I would try it. I've played Minecraft on Xbox before but I want to play CrazyCraft on my Laptop. This is the first time I would ever have Minecraft downloaded to my Laptop ever.
Here's how this process has gone.
First: I signed up for Minecraft and paid the $27 to play premium or whatever.
2. I had trouble verifying my account.
3. I finally got everything working and my premium login username and password worked in Minecraft for a bit and on the website (minecraft.net)
4. I downloaded the VoidLauncher for Minecraft and got CrazyCraft installed and what have you.
5. I tried logging in, it says invalid username and password. Even though, I just logged in on Minecraft.net.
6. I logged out on the Minecraft game and tried to log back in. Making sure not to misspell my username or password.
7. I cannot log back into Minecraft game or Minecraft.net because it says "Sorry, but your username or password is incorrect." Even though I have just logged into the game not 10 minutes ago.
8. I am now very frustrated because I just spent about 2-3 hours trying to figure this out and I spent $27 on a game that I cannot even play.
I have tried emailing Mojang through the support site they have, but after 2-3 hours I have not gotten a response. I figured I'd try and come here and see if any of you know of any good methods of getting this all situated.
At this point I'm about ready to say screw it and I'd just like my $27 back because I don't want to pay the money and then not be able to play.
Keep in mind, try to use simple terms if explaining step by step because I am new to Minecraft on PC and the whole mechanics of running it still is confusing to me.
Let me know if you need anymore details.
Thank you,
Catsy
