I've never really gotten too much lag on my laptop, I normally get about 60 FPS, and about 100 with optifine, but a couple of days ago I got on to minecraft, and it was so bad even the title screen was lagging! The screen with the mojang logo took extra long to load, and when I went on a server I only got about 5-15 FPS, and optifine made it worse! With optifine I only got 0-5 FPS!
Graphic drivers update needed
Reccomendation: AMD auto detect
Please don't just suggest any old fix, the OP does not have an AMD GPU (the screen shot shows its an Intel HD 4400) so the AMD auto detect is totally pointless
Give out more info, if you could really run it 60FPS on a laptop (and didnt do anything weird with your computer) then the performance should have stayed the same. Anything weird could have been getting a malware on you computer that makes a lot of useless calculations.

I have an anti-malware software, and an anti-virus one as well, my laptop updated and after that the lag started, but I backed it up right after the update, and it worked fine, but shortly after that it again started lagging.
