I asked this question to find out what is causing this issue and what I need to do to fix it. Not to get told to read it again when I already thoroughly read it as best as I can.
Launch the game first without Shaders Mod (only Optifine) and make sure that AA, AF, Fast Render, and Natural Textures are all off. I think Fast Render is the only one on by default, so be sure to turn that one off and confirm that those others are off as well.

Okay, so I am trying to use a shader.
What I have tried using:
Forge 1.8
Optifine 1.8
ShadersMod 1.8
And hopefully a shaderpack soon once it works
