After 3 incorrect login attempts, a lockout is placed automatically by Mojang's systems on your network to protect accounts against brute force attacks to gain access.
This lockout is automatic and cannot be overridden, it expires after 3 hours. Wait 3 hours, don't log in at all. Reset your password using https://account.mojang.com/password -- then try again.
Tried both, email i believe is correct now (and first thing i tried), aware originally i got blocked out possibly over this confusion, thats why i reset the password, so i was 100% sure something was up.
aka, my 2 attempts within the last 3 hours, are Email and username, thats it.

I cannot log into minecraft, as if my UN/Password is invalid
I can reset my password, (meaning UN is likely correct), but once reset, i still cannot log in, even using the new UN/Password
I have already migrated my account.
What do i do?

I thought it was something like that, i slept (12 hours, before trying again), just to find it still invalid. then i came here

Moderatorare you logging in with email or username? (you should be using email if migrated)
use https://minecraft.net/retrievename to test ALL your emails to make sure you are using the right one to login with
